Beautifully embroidered vintage ladies hankerchief dipicting 2 Native American Indian maidens gleefully at play on a see-saw. The hankie is cotton and appears to be hand embriodered but I am not an authority on anything sewn. The hankie was found in the bottom of an estate acquired jewelry box and was in a plastic sleeve. I don't believe it was ever used as it shows no signs of laundering. There are no tags on the item to show origin, but this item did come from an estate that contained a multitude of American Indian jewelry and articles. My guess is that it dates to the 1940's or 1950's. It measures 9" X 9" and is in excellent condition. The Please see photos to judge and enjoy.

It would be a great addition to any American Indian collection or it would be an ideal choice for a gift!  I have many other items like this and from estates up for auction so please check out my Booth.
