The application constantly runs in the background and alerts users when it discovers a problem and fixes it. The user can also ?call up? the application with a specific question. The program?s easy to use first screen provides a ?clickable? map of common items found on a desktop and editing field for entering a of the problem. With straightforward ?buttons? such as ?Home,? ?Go Back,? and ?Glossary,? and a friendly PC Handyman character, the program puts users at ease and guides them through a simple series of questions related to a specific section of the computer.     PC Handyman uses artificial intelligence (AI) to anticipate and analyze different problem scenarios. In addition to fixing more than 20,000 problems, PC Handyman automatically performs 16 regularly scheduled software and hardware checks, including looking for viruses, low disk space, low memory and disk errors. System Requirements: PC running Windows 95 NEW CD-ROM ONLY as pictured, in protective windowed paper sleeve! Unless otherwise noted, you will receive a genuine factory CD in a sleeve.
    It does not include any documentation, paperwork, Jewel Case, or Box.
