All packages returned due to insufficient address, undeliverable as addressed, unknown address or unable to forward, unfortunately shipping costs are not refundable.

In case re-shipment is needed due to the above reasons, additional shipping costs will be needed and those costs will be passed to the buyer.

Packages returned by the buyer a 15% restocking fee will be applied to the purchase. If a wrong item is sent, we will assume responsibility for all the return costs.

All orders will be shipped within 24 hours.
