We accept returns on hair extensions of any kind: clip-in, weft, tape, tipped, pre-bonded, lace wigs, synthetic wigs, eyelashes, closures, etc. in the original condition (unused/unworn) within 14 days of receipt. Hair extension tools and accessories must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

All items must be accompanied by the packing list or receipt. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number and additional shipping instructions. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost; we recommend the use of a traceable shipping service.

It is our policy to ship your order within 48 hours of payment.

Orders may be shipped by United States Postal Service First Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending upon your selection at checkout.

We ship worldwide, exluding Italy. (Sorry!) International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail International or Priority Mail International.
