Cell phones are only exchangeable for same within 7 days, no refunds. The manufacturer may provide support after 7 days. Please check with the manufacturer if warranty service is available.
Multi-System TVs have a 90 day warranty. Shipping fees are not refundable and are not covered under warranty.
All products we sell, except TVs and Digital Camera, come with a one-year warranty (90 days labor, 1 year parts) and in such cases the product will be repaired at no charge.

The only shipping option selectable while ordering via our online shopping cart is UPS ground. For other shipping methods or options please e-mail us. Please allow total delivery time of 3-5 business days for UPS Ground. We will provide you with a tracking number to track your package.
