If you are not satisfied with our items, you can return the whole parcel to us in original packing. Buyer needs to notify us by email before return. Once we get the item, we will refund 100% of the item price. Shipping and handling fee will not be refunded.

We charge only USD2 shipping fee for each shipment, no matter how many items are included. The shipping fee is the same worldwide. Orders are shipped by Hong Kong Post, within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Normally it takes around 1-2 weeks to send to North America, 3 weeks to send to Europe. The tracking number will be sent to buyer after shipment. The shipping fee is for normal airmail. If express shipment is needed, please let us know before ordering.
