I strive for 100 percent customer service therefore, if you are not happy
with an item that you have purchased from me, I will try to make it good.
If it is a Disney item I will accept and refund item within 14 days of
receipt of item if you are not happy with the item. 
However, if it is a home and garden item there must be a good reason
for the return before, i can accept and refund these items.  All refund
must be ok'd prior to return of merchandise and all refunds will be done
the same way that the original payment was received. 

I will ship within 48 hours of receipt and confirmation of payment on your
order.  Shipment on Disney Items will be from Orlando, Fl

 While any home and garden items shipment will be from our CA warehouse and
will be shipped within 3 days of order confirmation
