Sonoma Cutlery thus encourages customers to use caution when placing an order, as once placed the order can not be cancelled, nor the item returned or exchanged unless Sonoma Cutlery expressly consents.

It is the policy of Sonoma Cutlery to view ALL Internet sales as FINAL. There are NO returns accepted for sales over the Internet. If a product is defective it is the responsibility of the manufacturer to repair or replace that product. Sonoma Cutlery will not repair or replace any merchandise.  

All items purchased from Sonoma Cutlery. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Sonoma Cutlery is not responsible or liable for any damage arising from shipment.
