Depending on the reason for return, we may or may not charge a 10% restocking fee as well as return shipping.  Restocking fee and return shipping are not charged for incidents such as (but not limited to): package not received, arrived damaged, or item not as described.

Upon verified payment your items ship same or next business day via USPS mail in a secure package with Delivery Confirmation (U.S. orders only). You should expect to receive your items approximately within the following time frames: Standard Shipping: 4 - 14 days
Expedited Shipping: 2 - 3 days
International (outside the U.S.): Varies (average 6-10 days) Shipping insurance may be provided for items over $50.00 in value.
