We have a No Return Goods policy excluding technical or shipping issues. In case of shipping damages, we will only replace the exact item and version you ordered, and you are responsible to return the damaged item within 30 days. Customers are credited upon upon completion of investigation and approval. If abnormal circumstances are in order, our return goods position is as follows: Product: Must be unopened, in its original carton in re-sellable condition. Pictures may be required prior to approval. Restocking Fee: 20% of order or not less than $50 (whichever is greater) of cost of goods returned. It is the purchasers responsibility to pay return shipping charges. Return requests must be received within 3 months of date of purchase.
