All products carry a warranty against initial defects covering everything except shipping & handling. To return item, email us for RMA before returning item.  Buyer responsible for all freight charges on shipments refused/returned with no fault of seller.  We are not responsible for incidental, consequential damages or losses due to defective products, errors in shipping order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement/refund for any item purchased after return.  Video games/DVD-ALL SALES FINAL, unless defective upon arrival. Buyer has 14 days to contact seller & ARRANGE AN EXCHANGE.

Many of our items are sent directly from our supplier five days a week, with in 0-2 days of payment being received and cleared. We use ground shipping unless buyer requests expedited shipment. If you need your item quicker than the normal 6-10 ground time, please let us know. We will provide the expedited charges for transit to your location so it can be reflected in final payment.  International shipments take longer, contact us for arrangements and other information.
