You may return your item(s) for a full refund of the purchase price within 7 days of delivery to you. Return Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. Items purchased that included ???free shipping??? will be refunded minus the actual shipping cost to ship item to you.


VERY IMPORTANT: To be eligible for a return, you must first contact me BEFORE sending your item back to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA) and for the correct return address. The RMA # must be written on the outside of the box. Please provide a note in the box detailing the problem with the item to speed up the processing time of the return. Returns without an RMA # will be refused and returned back to you.

Two main points about my shipping policy: Shipping is ALWAYS FREE and at this point I cannot ship outside of the U.S. including Alaska and Hawaii.

Your order will be processed and shipped out via the USPS within 24 hours after receiving your payment. If item is purchased on the weekend, item will be shipped out the next business day. Expect your item to be delivered within 5-7 business days. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided. PayPal is the accepted payment method.
