I do triple check all items and I carefully inspect before shipping. Returns are accepted only if I sent out an incorrect item or the the item is not as described, please email me prior to returning an item in order to receive return instructions. Item must be returned in it's original, sealed, unused condition. Buyer must be in compliance with the terms mentioned in order to qualify for a refund.

All items are shipped the next business day after payment notification is received from PayPal. I use Priority Mail or First Class Mail with delivery confirmation and /or signature confirmation.
