You will love our products, or we will take them back! Just return the unused item with all original packaging and tags within 30 days, at your expense for postage. We will issue a refund when it arrives to us in good condition, or exchange--whichever you prefer. In the event of an exchange, we will pay the postage back to you! Custom made orders are not eligible for exchange or return, unless defective. In the event you receive a defective item, we will exchange the item at our expense for shipping. 

We generally ship by USPS within 1 business day of your placing an order. In the USA it is $2 extra for shipping each additional item after the heaviest. You will receive a confirming email when we ship. Heavier orders will go by UPS. We do ship internationally. We will send you an email asking for the additional shipping charges to be paid prior to our shipping your order in the event of multiple items, etc. International orders are required to have insurance.
