As that is the average, please allow up to 14 business days' shipping time. If you need the item by a certain date, please do consult a calendar to be sure that your item will arrive in time. Processing/handling time is normally business days. Total time until you receive your item is therefore 2 business days + shipping time after we receive cleared payment.
2. PAYMENT: Please be aware that if you pay by eCheck via PayPal, your payment will not clear for approximately 4 days. PayPal will inform you of this and will send you a notice when payment clears. Other PayPal payments (PayPal balance, instant transfer, credit card, etc.) will clear immediately. You may also pay by Money Order or Cashiers' Check, though mailing times will delay processing of your order. Sorry, but no personal checks accepted.

SHIPPING METHOD & LOCATION: Due to recent high volume of sales and addition of thousands of new products to our line, we no longer carry inventory and products are drop shipped from the manufacturer in Hong Kong. Packages are sent via International Airmail Parcel. Our business operations and customer service are located in the United States, and this is an American company. Not carrying inventory and not "double shipping" keeps our prices low, and with no middleman we can pass these savings on to you!
4. RETURNS: We accept returns on all items for any reason. Customers may choose money back or store credit. Shipping fees are not refundable, and returns of non-defective merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking fee. New merchandise must be returned in new, unused condition to be eligible for refund. Should you receive any defective product, we will replace it at no charge to you.
5. COMMUNICATION: We will send you notices both when your payment clears and when your package is ready to ship.
