DVDs -- If a DVD is defective, a full refund (including shipping) will be issued upon return of the DVD.

Bellisimo! Products -- If an item arrives in damaged condition, contact me and you will be given a return authorization to return the item (postage paid) to the Fulfillment Center address on your package for a refund or replacement.

All Bellissimo! Products are 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with an item, just e-mail me to receive a return authorization. Approved returns are to be shipped prepaid within 30 days of receipt (we cannot accept COD). Items must be packed carefully and received in mint condition. Refused shipments or returned (undamaged) goods will incur a 20% re-stocking fee.

All DVDs are shipped USPS 1st-Class with shipping confirmation and USPS Tracking Number. Orders received by Noon PT Monday-Saturday will ship same day. All others ship next business day.

Combined shipping is available. Shipping cost for one (1) DVD is $2.98. Additional DVDs purchased at the same time will receive 50% discount off shipping fee.

Bellissimo! Products ship within 2-3 days after receipt of payment via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping costs based on weight of shipment. If multiple items are shipped in one package, cost will be adjusted accordingly.
