Unless otherwise noted in the listing we accept returns within 14 days of delivery confirmation. We Pay Return Shipping for all defective merchandise and provide replacement or full refund (depending on stock). Non-Defective (Courtesy Return) items must be in same condition as received. Please be sure any return includes original packaging with all original hardware and manual (if applicable). All Courtesy Returns are product price only not shipping. All Courtesy Return items that ship for free will have a $2.00 restocking charge.
We ship all orders within 24 hours. We will provide delivery confirmation (USPS) or tracking (Fed Ex) with all orders. We also try to find lowest possible shipping method. For any item that is not Free Shipping you can always send us your zip code for lowest possible quote. We never add a handling charge.
