We accept eligible returns within 7 days after package delivery (based on tracking information). Conditions that qualify an item for a return/refund:Item is damaged out-of-box. In other words, the item possesses a manufacturing defect. The wrong item was shipped. In other words, you ordered a particular Stye, Size, and Color but received something else entirely. No problem. We'll take care of you.
If your item qualifies for a refund, please contact us immediately for instructions. Please DO NOT ship the item back without contacting us first. It's best to hang onto the tags and original packaging! Your refund is dependent on the damaged or incorrectly shipped item being returned to us.
