Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return. All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Our items are shipped by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail with insurance included. Items are shipped within 2-3 days of payment being received. We will email you a tracking number once your item has been shipped. I will combine shipping if you purchase multiple items from me. The shipping cost noted is for the Continental US only. If you wish to have this shipped internationally please email first for a shipping quote. We are able to ship this to alternate address if you wish to send it directly to the gift recipient.
