We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it, but it must be in original package with all paper work that comes with it. Buyer "will be" responsible for return shipping fees and possibly a 15% restocking fee. Your refund will be returned via the form of payment you used. Please email me before returning as there will be a form that needs to be filled out. Thank you!!

Most items will be shipped UPS Ground. Please allow 4-7 business days to ship out and receive tracking number. We do not ship to PO/APO boxes. After your package is shipped you will be notified by email. Remember your package could take from 7 to 14 days to reach destination depending on ship to location, time of year, size & weight.

Please keep in mind if you are paying by Money Order or Check you must mail it out within 24 hours after you place your order as we "will not" ship the item(s) until we have received your payment. Your Check must clear before we will ship. With Christmas just around the corner things will be getting busy so you must allow enough time for us to receive your payment and then get it shipped out in time.
