For broken/defective items: Please contact me immediately, and inclue a photo of the damage. Some items may be able to be replaced without requiring a return.
For nonbroken/nondefective items: Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. Merchandise must be returned in it's original inner packing. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner packing must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. Shipping charges cannot be refunded on nonbroken/nondefective items. Being a one-person venture, I can promise that your order will be personally taken care of.
