Return and warranty policy
If Item is defective and not working on arrival, please report the item to us within 14 days of receiving the defective product. We will send replacement upon receipt of the defective product. Buyer is responsible for all return postage and shipping charges. Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs for items that are returned refused and/or undeliverable.  

Shipping and handling fee
We ship to Australia, Canada, USA, UK and most European countries. We do not ship to Africa, China, South America, Belgium, Iceland, India, Italy, Portugal, Latvia and military addresses. We reserve the rights to refuse to ship to any high risk countries. The item will be shipped out within 2 days by registered airmail.
