The returned Item must arrive back to us in the same condition that we shipped it. You'll beYou may return item within 15 days after receipt of item.  refunded full purchase price. You are responsible for paying shipping costs to return items. Shipping costs can not be refunded.  It takes approximately 5 days after receiving item to inspect your return and process refund.  If you originally mailed payment, Please allow adequate return mailing time to receive refund. This Warranty is not included with any of PiggyPups used or "sold As-Is" Items.
