All sales are final. Refunds will only be given on items damaged in the mail; I may require a digital photo of the damage. If an item is damaged please contact me immediately but DO NOT return the item to me before contacting me first. I will offer a replacement if available or a refund in full or in part, depending on the situation.

Refunds will not be given if you have provided an incorrect or incomplete postal address, were not home to take delivery of an item that needs to be signed for, or the item is returned to me for some other reason.

Postage charges will include the cost of new packaging. Combined postage is available on some items. Please check the description for details. If available, combined postage applies only to items purchased within 7 days and paid for at the same time.

I usually post out once a week on weekends, so please factor this into feedback when given. If shipping is delayed for any reason, I will email you to advise you of the expected shipping date.
