All sales are final. We have a 30-day exchange policy on any defective products only. If you believe your product to be defective then please contact us for a Return Material Authorization number. Once you have the RMA number then you may return the product to us for replacement. Due to high shipping costs, International customers will pay shipping for replacement product. Any product returned without an RMA number will be disposed of.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Buyer will be notified if item is on backorder. Some items cannot be shipped internationally by air.
