While an odd combination, featured here are classic radio airchecks and classic sports cards.

If you miss the radio you grew up listening to, you can relive those fun times once again. We've carefully restored many classic sounds of radio from New York City and elsewhere from the 1950's, 60's, 70's and even some special moments from the 80's.

You'll also find classic collectible sports cards from the 1970's to the 1990's. While others ask you to take a chance on unproven players of today whose card values can crash and burn, the sports cards here are proven commodities.

This neat little circle is our "Triple Rep Display". Each 1/3 section represents a separate performance metric, with solid green indicating a perfect score. Red sub-sections indicate possible performance issues, while gray indicates no data for that performance area.

Center total is the Seller's overall score, averaged from each component:

Description

WXLO-FM 99X (September 1973/December 1975)

Here are two great examples of the first FM station that gave WABC some competition for the Top 40 audience.

The first track is unscoped from September 1973. It features Walt Baby Love followed by Dave Thompson counting down the top hits of 1970. This was from their pre-99X days when they just referred to the station as WXLO.

Cut Time - 41:47

The second unscoped cut has Jo Jo Morales from December of 1975 winding up the countdown of the top hits of 1972.

Where WABC was loud, 99X was louder. Where WABC DJ's were fast, the 99X jocks were faster.

This is a prime example of a part of the NYC FM sound in the early to mid 1970's.

Cut Time - 25:00
Total Time - 66:47
