This HISTORIC item has 163 pages and scores of illustrations regarding the manufacturing of the turn-of-the-century feminine HATS & chapeaux! It includes history of millinery, general millinery instructions for all the necessary steps & needle working techniques to make lovely hats for all seasons for women, girls and children. Plus it includes scaled millinery (draft) patterns & paper pattern-making instructions for making your own personalized millinery patterns. (Original is not for sale)
