While an odd combination, featured here are classic radio airchecks and classic sports cards.

If you miss the radio you grew up listening to, you can relive those fun times once again. We've carefully restored many classic sounds of radio from New York City and elsewhere from the 1950's, 60's, 70's and even some special moments from the 80's.

You'll also find classic collectible sports cards from the 1970's to the 1990's. While others ask you to take a chance on unproven players of today whose card values can crash and burn, the sports cards here are proven commodities.

Sneak Preview Of Boss Radio KHJ Los Angeles April 1965

This aircheck features the debut of Boss Radio on KHJ-AM in Los Angeles from April of 1965. Everything that WABC was in NYC, KHJ set out to serve that role in Los Angeles.

This scoped aircheck features the Boss Jocks Dave Diamond, Robert W. Morgan and Roger Christian from the first days of the new Boss format. Boss Radio was born with an attitude as you'll also hear a promo that asks listeners to check out what they're doing, then go to KFWB and KRLA to hear what they're not doing.

As a bonus cut this CD includes a 9 minute scoped aircheck of a morning from September 1974 when John Lennon guest hosted the morning show. John plays cuts off his latest album on this sample.

You'll also get a 7 minute scoped aircheck of the final moments of 93 KHJ as it flipped from Top 40 to Country in September of 1980.

Here's your chance to grab the early sounds of the radio station that ruled the roost in Boss Angeles for almost twenty years.
