The stream can be adjusted by the user by just turning the face plate left for a softer stream or to the right for a powerful

sharp exfoliating experience, and as with all of our shower heads, it can be adjusted to point 30 degrees in any direction.

It has a face diameter of 2 inches, which provides a normal coverage area.

However, this said, very rarely I encounter buyers that are not happy with their purchase and it has been mainly because they did not read the item listing description and thought that they were buying something different or that they did not read the installation instructions or watch the installation video and they ended damaging the product and placed the fault on the product being of inferior quality.  Now in all truth, there has been a handful of cases in 12 years where the products did have issues and I immediately exchanged the defective item for perfect new ones.
