The TF 2000 delivers unparalleled programmability and process control to ensure accurate placement and installation. Profiles are programmed through the PC software or by using the integral key pad. The unit is self-contained, eliminating the need for external air supply or vacuum connections. The 1000 watt heater, with closed loop temperature control, coupled with a unique nozzle design ensures uniform temperature distribution. The TF 2000 Board Holder with integrated Pre-Heater holds PCBs securely while delivering heat efficiently and effectively. The IR Pre-Heater ensures process integrity by delivering heat evenly, time after time. Fully adjustable board supports are also available.

TF 2000 Placement Station
Incorporating a High Resolution Vision Overlay System (VOS), the TF 2000 offers the most advanced optics available today. The placement station can be used to accurately position any Array Package up to 50mm (2") square or any SMD. The unique design does not require routine calibration, eliminating costly down time and operator frustration. The VOS can be viewed and operated through the PC software or through a video monitor and front panel controls.
