It surely boots up without issues at H61 PC Part. (See the 1st photo).This item is sold under the condition/warranty that the H61 PC Part works.
We do NOT accept any return unless DOA.
For the ARM part, I have NO idea how to activate.I am just out of knowledge for that part and I am NOT responsible for the activation. The 12 SATA3 Ports are maintained by the ARM Part.So you should do activate by your own research.Buyers should be responsible for that activation.
