This is a gorgeous, high quality black suede skirt by designer JILL STUART, originally purchased at the exclusive BERGDORF GOODMAN in NYC. The skirt is pre-owned, vintage '90's in very good -- excellent condition. It is constructed out of panels of suede with an unfinished bottom. The skirt wraps around and attaches with hidden velcro at one point on the waist and ties at the end with strips of suede. The outside edge of the skirt was cut with "pinking" shears. The size is not in the skirt (please see measurements), but because of the style with the velcro and ties, it can be made slightly bigger. I have closed it at its tightest point to get the measurements. Depending on the wearer's height, it will be anywhere from a mini to mid-thigh length.

Waist: 13 5/8 inches
Length taken from center back to bottom: 15 inches
