Condition This handbag is a customer return from a High End Department Store. The exterior frame and inside are in very good condition. Interior has no rips and stains. Strap has some cracks. Bottom has some scratches. Zipper gets stock, but zips all the way.

Please note that this bag is a store return or store display. We therefore do our best to accurately portray each one, but please remember that while most are in excellent/good condition, they are in fact store display/customer return and therefore not always perfect .

We ship by USPS Priority Mail with tracking number (Saturday, Sunday and non-postal holidays excluded) after receipt of cleared payment. For multiple items you must pay for all items together in order to get the discount, and it has to be shipped to one address only.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted if contacted within two days of receiving the merchandise. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt . Item must be in original unused condition (that is, with tags/labels attached, has not been washed, worn, used, or damaged). Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and shipping costs are not refundable . Buyer must contact me first before returning an item; item returned without contacting us first will not be accepted. It is advised that the returned item be shipped back with a tracking number as we will not be responsible for items lost in transit while being returned. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, if everything looks o.k. and in original unused condition, a full refund less restocking fee will be issued to the Buyer.
