Boleslawiec Polish Pottery Peacock Trivet

Beautiful Boleslawiec stoneware trivet or serving tray, hand crafted in Poland with a special hand-stamping technique called Bunzlauer at the Zaklady factory, and designed in the Indigo Dot pattern.

Lovely cobalt blue against ivory background with small green circles and red dots on rim edge. Center is same surrounded by green 'feathers'.

Polish Pottery is lead-free and fired in ovens at 1,320 degrees. There are few equals in durability and this authentic white clay stoneware resists cracking, chipping and staining.

In excellent, unused original condition and retains the original care sticker.
Back stamp:Boleslwiec-'circled' logo with B-Handmade in Poland-W9.
6 1/2 inches in diameter and 5/8 inches tall.
Microwave, oven and dishwasher safe. Recommended placement in cold oven to maximum heat of 350 degrees.
