Soak eye mask in hot water for 2 - 5 minutes until reaching comfortable temperature. Do not heat to boiling.
Microwave - Heat for up to 10 seconds, wait until eye mask is comfortable to touch. If more heat is needed, heat in 5-second intervals. Do not overheat.
