OH MY GOSH! This is a favorite! SALE.  The color is just to die for and you can dress this one up or down. It looks fabulous with boots too! This is lavender, but it's been stone washed and then has a quick black overwash, so it gives depth to the embroidery and velvet.
Anyway, it's the heavy drapey rayon (cool water washing by hand is best) and has an elastic waist with an added satin cord tie. This has 4 horizontal tiers. The first one is long, coming to about the knee. Sprinkled here and there are flowers--and this is where the overwash has made this embroidery just come out SO nice! The next tier is gold, over washed velvet. Next is the drapey rayon again, and finally the velvet one more time. All around the bottom is nice ''S'' trim. The tiers are done with the tatter look, adding even more character to this one!

These are all ''one size'' fits most and, I believe they do, so check measurements.
Measurements are taken with the garment flat and measured across from side to side...so double and then subtract your own ''wiggle room''.

Waist: 14'' and stretches to 21'' comfortably (will stretch more but you don't want to lose that nice drape!
