I have never liked to read all the "small print" on listings but due to all of Atomic Mall's regulations I feel that I must try to explain some of the have tos! Atomic Mall requires me to state a number for days of handling. I ship as soon as possible. I try to ship next day but appointments, grandkids, my other life sometimes make that an impossibility. You have my assurance that I will ship as soon as possible. Remember parcel post takes at least 7-10 days. Delivery confirmation is just that. It does not usually update until item is delivered. It is not a tracking feature. Remember, I have no control over the postoffice (wish I did - I would lower shipping fees) ! REMEMBER YOU ONLY PAY ACTUAL SHIPPING, AND I LOVE TO COMBINE SHIPPING FOR YOU!! Insurance is available if requested. (Seller not responsible for uninsured parcels) I accept return's only if I have unintentionally misrepresented the item, not for buyer's remorse, so please buy responsibly. I will not accept returns on items that can be copied and returned. Never Removed From Box and MIB items cannot be opened and box must be received in exact condition as sent. Due to Atomic Mall's new Star rating system and it's lack of explanation and clarity for buyers I would like to try to give you an insight as to how it affects our business. You would think that a 4 star rating would be great. Not So. Anything less than a 5 star rating on all categories might as well be a Negative feedback score. Atomic Mall offers a discount on listing fees (which have gotten very expensive) for 100% star rating. If you are not completely satisfied with any transaction and believe it to be my fault, contact me and I will try to take care of the problem, please let me know why you feel this transaction is less than a 5 star rating before you click those buttons!!
