No rips or tears were noticed in the creases but there may be some tears hear and there since I only opened it partially. Map is in used condition. There is some writing on the map and the cover is a little soiled from use.

*This map is being sold as a collectible item and not as a usable everyday item.

*This map will be sold "As Is" in worn, used & aged condition. This map may have some rips and tears in it especially in the creases or folds. Map is soiled, worn and may also have some water stains.
