Theetopthree was originally designed as a manual input program and was rated 7 1/2 by PHILLIP RACING NEWSLETTER in 2008, that was version 1. Now I have created version 2.21 which is a downloadable version. When you purchase the TTT program you are getting 22 handicapping factors that are proven and used every day by horseplayers. Speed, pace, class, trainer and jockey stats etc., all numerically calculated to give you a final rating for each horse in race. A BrisNet account is required and that is free to open , each track you download from BrisNet to the TTT program will cost $1.00.
