You notify us within three business days of receipt of the item of your desire to exchange the item. 2. You must pay shipping costs to return the item. I'll pay the shipping back to you on a one-time basis. 3. The returned item must be in original condition. (This includes the hook-n-loop strips. No hair, fuzz, etc...tangled into the strips.) 4. The item must be free of hair and pests (for obvious reasons).
