Folks the lettering of the pet names are not painted... through time paint has a tendency to fade. The lettering is not done by a router or a computer laser nor is it vinyl lettering done by a machine or even a sticker.
The lettering I personally do is hand burned or branded deeply into the wood at a temperature of 1200 to 1800 degrees. A craft that is called--pyrography-- which in Greek means writing with fire,
