Israel Haifa Carmelit Subway Old Token Carmel 1960's

The Carmelit is an undergroundfunicular railway in Haifa,Israel. It opened in 1959, and closed in 1986 after showing signs of aging. It reopened in September 1992 after extensive renovations.

The Carmelit is the smalest railway in the world and the only subway in Israel.
