Sometimesshelf pulls are still sealed in shrink wrap and the packaging is in"new" condition. These items that were probably pulled because a newversion has been released will be listed as "Old Version" or similar,we may list these as "New". Items listed as "Used" are visuallyinspected by our staff to verify the contents of the listing andcondition of the item. Software listed as "Used" is usually of unknownbackground unless listed as "Sealed" Microsoft software will be soldwith the COA (Certificate of Authenticity) unless otherwise stated. Ownership of the COA is ownership of the license for the softwareregardless of origin. Items listed as "Refurbished" are items that wehave sent to the factory for replacement by one of our OEM Partners.
