Vintage White 1940s1950s Heavy Cotton Half Apron with Blue and White Views of Village Buildings
This is a heavy cotton half apron in blue and white print.
Waistband width: 24" Tie length (each): 21" Length (including waistband): 19" (will fit waists 24+21+21" = smaller than 66")
Fabric is a heavy cotton, tightly woven with a creamy soft texture, that did take a very hot iron when I touched it. Softer feel so will be very comfortable to wear.
Standard gathered waistband, with an addition 2" box pleated fabric on top of waistband, single fold ties,and no pocket. There are knife pleats in front of apron, and blue rickrack trim on hem.
Condition: very nice for its age (60+ years). Little wear. No rips, tears, stains, or problems. Nice and fresh smelling, ready to wear.
