Vintage Blairs Boutique Secretary's Dress with matching Belt. Dress is in very good vintage condition. It does have a very small pin hole on the shoulder (area see next to last pic) and a light smudge mark on the front left breast(see last pic). Neither are very noticeable. There aren't any other issues. Dress has an elastic waist, 100% polyester, pleated front at the chest area, belt buckles in the front. Tag states it is a size 12.
