If you change your address after you have won or selected ''Buy it Now'' we will 1) ship to your original address or 2) Cancel the transaction and refund your money. RETURN POLICY

All Sales in this auction are Final unless they are found to be damaged or defective. Merchandise found to be defective can be exchanged for the same item only. You must contact PowerSmartGames for the RMA (Return Authorization number) within 3 days of receipt of product. Customer is responsible for the shipping charges occurred to send the item to us to include insurance. PowerSmartGames.com  will not held responsible for returns that are not insured when sent back to us, even if they are deemed ''DOA''. PowerSmartGames does not cover the cost of sending customer a replacement item. ALL shipping and processing fees are not refundable under any circumstances. RMA number must be assigned to All returned merchandise. All items returned for credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please contact us to get an RMA number. We will refuse the merchandise returned without an RMA number. Due to manufacturer restrictions, software and licenses cannot be returned, no exceptions.
