So the pictures make this look like frumpsville. It's not. First, it's a heavy cotton (which looks good unpressed or rumpled) that has a sort of very faint textured vertical stripe. It's the softest baby blue you've ever seen, too! Just thee best warm weather dress you've ever seen! All around the top of the dress and the shoulder straps are ruffled elastic. The bodice is lined. There is a tie at the center slit neckline.
This has an empire waist that is trimmed out in beautiful cotton baby blue trim--and that is found at the center bodice, then little frilly cotton "U" trim running vertically every few inches and then a sqaure at the under bust. The dress hangs sheath style until it gets to the waist and there is more cotton trim and then ruffled tiers--4 of them. At the very bottom there is white lace that peeks out from beneath the final ruffle.This has a side hidden zip for easy entry.
This is the bestest quality "hippie" company out there and this one is fab! This one can be layered over jeans "tunic style" or worn on it's own as a great little summer dress.
These are sized. Note: measurements are taken across the front only. So double and then subtract your own wiggle room. This is a contemporary cut. Fits more like a larger junior cut.

Medium:
Bust from side to side at the top of the side seams is 19"
Underbust unstretched is 18"
Waist is 22"
This continues to widen, with the hips being free-- at least 28" or so.
Length is 36" (and this is without stretching the straps)
