'Drink water, lots of it, drink 2 liters per day to help you eliminate toxins from your body.
* POTASSIUM, to balance te loss of it you should consume fruits high in potassium like bananas at least 1xday, apples, carrots, tomatoes, kiwi, lentils, tuna, etc....
* YOGURT, at least once a day
