Description

Blowing out these darling little hippie skirts. It has a small elastic and added tie waistband. Black 100% Egyptian cotton, it has a ruffled swingy bottom. Like the apron pants I have, this has an extra "apron" skirt that goes all the way around. The front of the overskirt is heavily embroidered in beige -- as is the selvage edge of the underskirt bottom.
