Our Lavender essential organic oil is made in Bulgaria by steam distillation of the flowers of the plant Lavandula Angustifolia. It is certified organic. The Bulgarian essential oils have a centuries-long tradition of superior quality. Our oil is made from the flowers of plants harvested in the Rose Valley in Bulgaria, which is where are made one of the best essential oils in the world. The scent is very strong, and is specific to the lavender plant. The oil is 100% pure, undiluted with anything.

It can be used for many applications, like aromatherapy, massotherapy, soap making, candle making, in perfumery, and so on. The aromatherapy applications of this oil are for relaxing, for treating insomnia (you may put 2-3 drops on your pillow before going to bed), and also for treating burns on the skin. It can be used for making potpourris with dried flowers, The oil can also be used for protecting woolen clothes and tissues from mites, and its scent is MUCH better than naphthalene!

This listing is for an amber glass bottle with 250ml of Lavender oil. The amber glass protects the oil against the light. Our essential oil has NEVER been in contact with plastic.
